Pre-orders will have the shipping date in the product description.
Damaged items will receive a free shipping return label. Unwanted items are at the expense of the customer.

PROPER by Kiara Tolliver do not accept returns. Please see exchange policy below.
Please understand PROPER by Kiara Tolliver is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We trust that you will provide us with an address you trust at the time of placing your order.
If your order is returned by a courier as "Undeliverable,” you will be contacted by concierge@properbykiaratolliver.com to provide a different/ correct shipping address.
Exchanges
We will gladly exchange any unwanted or damaged items within 5 business days of delivered items. No exceptions.
